What is considered a “rush order”?
Any order that is needed before our usual ten-business-day turnaround is considered a rush and incurs a nominal surcharge.
What’s the surcharge for such an order?
The rush order surcharge currently stands at an additional 20% on top of the quoted price. When a rush order comes in, we need to move existing orders around to accommodate. That process can be difficult and expensive, especially for a growing custom printing shop like us. We want to make sure all of our customers, large orders or small, get treated fairly.
